Pochle 50cl

Producer
"Pochle" in old Scots means "to have an amount of something without exactly having permission". This is a zero-waste initiative relying on the generosity and community spirit cultivated by apple trees at harvest time, to make use of the UK's most wasted fruit. This is one of Scotland's most sustainable spirits.
This spirit helps to contribute to the circular economy, engage with the community, focus on sustainability and help everyone's little friends, the bees.
The Pochle story began in 2018 when Chris began collecting windfall apples from neighbours and making cider from them in the basement of his friend's pub. Shortly following the pandemic, Chris launched his first spirit, Pochle Geal, in 2023.
