Stiubhart Single Cask

Founded by George Stewart in 2020, Stiubhart Single Cask selects single barrels of exceptional whiskies and releases. Originally from America, George started his career working in wine shops in St Andrews, Scotland, before moving to London and continuing his career path with international wine and spirits retailers there.

In 2020, he decided to embrace his Scottish heritage and launch his own range of whiskies, sourcing the finest barrels from distilleries all over Scotland. They are all very limited in their availability and we are thrilled to be his first retailer with them.
