Natural Wines

Natural wines are made in the most simple of ways - nothing added and nothing taken away. No filtering, fining, no additives (a tiny amount of sulphur is allowed but a lot of producers don't), using natural yeasts and, of course, farming organically.

This isn't some new fad, but is an ethos going back half a century, and like with all the wines I stock, I insist on them being good first and foremost. All I do is give you the information on how they are made, and what the people behind them were trying to achieve.
