Their family’s love affair with the world of wine began in 1980, when their grandfather Roberto Romero built his first winery in Tolombón, a few kilometers from Cafayate. In the year 2000 their acquired an old Winery and updated it with modern tecnology to focus on the production of small lots of very high quality wines. They believe in Cafayate; its potential, its people, its history and its culture. They feel a deep respect and love for their terroir and they want this to be reflected in their wines. They seek to improve daily, working towards an unprecedented, unique level of quality. They take the family legacy and they add innovative ideas, seeking their own betterment. They want to express in a new way Cafayate’s terroir.
