Tasting Note

The first whisky released by Stiubhart Whisky Co. that isn't a cask strength. This delicious little Islay malt has wonderful smoky aromas (no more than smoked bacon or smoked cheese) with hints of orchard fruit and then candied pecans on the finish.

Founded by American (with Scottish heritage) George Stewart in 2020, Stiùbhart whiskies are a new independent bottler, releasing outstanding single cask whiskies, always bottled at cask strength.
