Blueberries mixed with a good handful of freshly turned over soil on the nose leading to a herbal, elegant palate with a gentle grip of tannin.

The Bodegas Canopy team is made up of 3 people: Alfonso Chacón, Belarmino Fernández and Lorena Díaz Alfonso and Belarmino, the founding partners, have been working on this venture since 2003. Lorena joined the team in 2018—initially as an intern, but now as a permanent member.
