Nicola Ferrari was 26 years old when he started working at Giuseppe Quintarelli's winery, and later, with his wife Laura, took over Monte Santoccio.
Monte Santoccio owns all its own organic vineyards and vinifies around 18,000 kilos of grapes from its 7 hectares. This produces around 10,000 bottles of his table wine and Ripasso, and only 400 bottles of Amarone.
