Based at the foot of Mont Ventoux in the Southern Rhône, Chateau Pesquié is an organic estate producing great value and expressive wines. The Terrasses cuvées are blends of different soils and varietals present throughout the estate. They reflect the balance and generosity of the terroir to which the cool climate of Mont Ventoux brings identity and coherence. This cuveé is 60% Greanche & 40% Syrah, macerated for 15 days for colour and aroma before being rested and clarified by decanting.
