Chateau Paquette Roches Noires 2022 75cl
Tasting Note
Warmed berries, lovely juicy fruit with a little bramble and currant. The palate has a warmth, is dark with a little aged balsamic note coming through. Black olives with a note of spice on the finish.
Producer
Founded in 1952, Chateau Paquette is the favoured Provence rosé of Liz Gabbay MW - and you can'y get a bigger endorsement than that! Bought by Marcel and Gilberte Paquette it is still in family hands with 3rd generation Jerome Paquette running the estate. Originally called Domaine de Curebeasse, the name was changed to Chateau Paquette in 2013 to celebrate 60 years of the family ownership. He also has a wonderful dog called Muscat!
