Producer: Mery Melrose is owned by Francois Mery, a lovely gentleman who makes exquisite Cognacs from organic grapes. It was started in 1911 by his Great Grandfather who came from Poitier where he began growing cereal and then progressed to planting vines with their first Cognac was made in 1924. Francois started working for the company in 1995 and took over from his parents upon their retirement in 2008.
