This company was formed in 1914 after the marriage of two families a year before. The Counts Guerrieri of Bardolino and the Counts Rizzardi of Negrar were both winemaking families dating back to the 17th century. 

Since then, the family has built the company up, purchasing a Soave estate in the 1970s and a new winery in 2011 on the hills of Bardolino.
