Chateau Paquette Classique Rose 2023 75cl
Tasting Note
An outstanding pink- just the perfect wine to be drinking when reading 'A Year in Provence' - light red fruit flavours and a whisp of grapefruit. Get some salty nibbles and enjoy!
Producer
Founded in 1952, Chateau Paquette is the favoured Provence rosé of Liz Gabbay MW - and you can'y get a bigger endorsement than that! Bought by Marcel and Gilberte Paquette it is still in family hands with 3rd generation Jerome Paquette running the estate. Originally called Domaine de Curebeasse, the name was changed to Chateau Paquette in 2013 to celebrate 60 years of the family ownership. He also has a wonderful dog called Muscat!
