Established in the town of Guardbridge, four miles away from the historic golf town of St Andrews, Paul Miller established Eden (no dot) Brewery in an old paper mill owned by the University of St Andrews where they also have a brewery.
Constantly evolving their range with special editions of gin, their core range is in black bottles and their limited release spirits are in white.
