Domaine Jean Collet

Created in 1952 this began as a tiny operation with only 61 acres of vines. By the time his son Gilles joined the Domaine in 1979 the vineyard had built steadily to 15 hectares. Having studied winemaking in Beaune, Gilles’ son Romain makes the third generation of the family to join this remarkable and growing Domaine. Located in the heart of the village of Chablis this is a family that cares about quality with each generation modernizing and improving but maintaining its traditional Chablis core.
