Domaine Gayda

With a gorgeous location in the foothills of the Pyrenees, Domaine Gayda is a beautiful winery that captures the "Spirit of the Languedoc." The winemaker, Vincent Chansault, combines traditional methods and techniques with modern technology to achieve stunning wines with a true sense of terroir. Through a combination of some for finest vineyards in the Languedoc and minimal amounts of intervention, Chansault's wines continue to impress. As of 2012, the Figure Libre range is certified organic, with the remaining wines undergoing the process of accreditation. Domaine Gayda offers a wide variety of wines, ranging from the experimental Cabernet Franc, Figure Libre Rouge, to the critically acclaimed Chemin de Moscou.
